Provider: TopMovies. This document applies to the use of the application, its web interface, and related services.

1. Registration and access

Users sign in via Google or Facebook (OAuth).
Users must keep their credentials and devices secure.
The provider may temporarily or permanently suspend an account if abuse, cyber attacks, terms violations, or threats to service stability are suspected.

The application is intended for personalized movie recommendations and rating records.
It is prohibited to submit unlawful content, malicious code, spam, hateful content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
Users are responsible for the content of their comments and ratings.

We process identification data from OAuth providers (ID, email, name), operational metadata, and user preferences.
Legal bases include contract performance (providing the service), legal obligations, and legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, technical diagnostics).
Users have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Data is retained for the lifetime of the account and for a reasonable period after closure as required by law and legitimate operational needs.

The application uses technical cookies required for sign-in, sessions, and security.
With consent, analytics cookies may be used to measure performance and detect technical issues.
Logs may contain IP address, user-agent, request time, URL, error states, and technical identifiers.

The service is provided on a best-effort basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
The provider is not liable for temporary outages caused by third parties, infrastructure, or security incidents beyond reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and relevant EU regulations.
